Deluxe has the ability to teleport from one location to another in between short ranges. The farthest Dex can travel is about 50 to 75 meters. The ability is designed for short distance travel, and has a short charge up time. But it does have the capability of going much farther, though there is the change the ability can affect Dex's systems, and potentially break. If this happens, it takes the Flicker to charge up for an extremely long time.

Unlike most cybertronians, Deluxe has the capability to transform her peds into wheels. With this trait, Deluxe can move at incredible speeds in robot mode, and car mode. The wheels on her peds are magnetic and thin, which they can be tossed like blades if needed. And with there magnetic components, they will instantly come back to Deluxe at her will. Deluxe's peds can also form an axle to keep them on her feet, if the situation calls for it. Besides the wheels on her peds, there are also wheels on the back of her legs, and on her forearms. There are also magnetic, like her ped wheels.

ARMOR TRAITS:
Deluxe's armor is smooth and slick, primarily designed to keep up with high speeds and unsteady climates. Though there are little plates, the armor is made of a mutated cybernetic place, designed to light and tough. Though, Deluxe has two layers of armor, the first being thin, and the second being thicker.

Deluxe is a very small femme with a sort-of fragile frame. Attempting to pick someone up is near to impossible. But dragging is a possibility.
INTELLIGENCE: 9
Deluxe, despite her age, is a very good thinker when it comes to sticky situations. Being a criminal of some sort, Deluxe can outsmart the law enforcements when on a chase, or when scheming.
DEXTERITY: 10
Being small and light, Deluxe can perform backflips and somersaults. If you think that's weird for a kid, see her on wheels.

In robot mode, Deluxe and run pretty fast on her peds. But makes her faster than some cars is the ability to transform her feet into wheels.

Deluxe is designed and structured to do hit and run tactics. Though, she can sustain damage from some kinds of automatic weapons, a canon or a machine gun would do strict damage. Though, the shooter must be fast enough to hit her.

Again, having hit and run tactic, Deluxe can deal a lot of damage if an opponent is slow.

DESCRIPTION:
The Rust rifle fires off rounds that target the armor and some internal works. The rifle's ammo components causes rusting the victim's armor. This may seem harmless, but the rate of the rusting is increased, which the rusting can take hazardous effects within five minutes.

HYPERACTIVE REACTOR VISOR:
The HRV (Hyperactive Reactor Visor) is designed to enhance visual sensors. The general idea, when in use, is to give the user more time to react to fast attacks, blows, and obstacle courses. Generally, Dex would use this visor when she speeds through roadways or the city on her wheels. Though, she has never tested the visor during combat.

MAGNETIC TRANSMITTERS:
The Magnetic Transmitters are the device that helps her keep track of her magnetic pulse wheels, which are attachable and detachable upon command. unlike her other devices, this one is embedded inside her. The device has a perk called 'auto shifting', which changes the magnetism reaches automatically.

INTERFERENCE SHIFTER:
The Interference shifter doesn't do anything damage wise in combat. This device merely prevents any form of magnetism to herself. This includes metal manipulation, and magetism manipulation.

STRENGTHS:

Dex's habitat is in high speeds that even some cars can't reach. It's basically her realm in battle or on speed chases, because she knows how to use her swift skills against others, and potentially outsmart them.
- Parkour
Dex's high Dexterity perk gives her the capability of moving through obstacles with ease. Things like fences, jumping courses, and leaps are little to no trouble in completing.
- Wit
Dex's childish complexion gives her the advantage of wit and slyness. There's a reason why she isn't notorious amongst the law enforcements. She knows how to not get caught and how to not be recognized.

WEAKNESSES:
- Lonely
Dex, being young, hates being alone. Throughout most of her life, she has been through lonely-like feelings with her father hiding. Being alone brings these unfortunate memories up.
- Watery Terrains
Places such as marshes or overflown streets are places that Dex despises. There, Dex moves slightly slower on her wheels. Her wheels also have a chance of hydroplaning if going fast enough.
- Strength Related Situations
Lacking a large amount of strength puts Dex in a bad spot in strength related situations. Having little strength, Dex seems to be useless.

HISTORY

Very shortly after Deluxe was born, Dex's dad had pulled through a heist and robbed one a bank in The Crystal City. The heist had gone bad, and most of the men were either killed or arrested. Dex's dad managed to get away, with little to no idea that he police had followed and kept tabs on him. A little while later, He'd came home to the police in his back yar.d. This ended up with Dex's mother arrested, convicting her of being an accomplice. But her dad, however, managed to run off with Deluxe, which for most of her years they hid on Paradron. Paradron, being a peaceful planet, was the perfect place to hide. Deluxe's father hid as a police officer, and maintained a low profile. Deluxe- for the first five years- didn't go to school or any educational facility. This ended up being Her father's mistake, which her father was arrested. Deluxe managed to escape, which she snuck onto a ship and travel to Velocitron.

There, Deluxe learned of the art of roller skating, which is where her wheels came from. Deluxe, at the age of seven, became one of the best- and fastest- skaters. Though, rather than using her skill for contests and races, Deluxe made money by pick pocketing and mugging unfortunate spectators. After a while, at the age of 8, Deluxe traveled to Cybertron. There, Deluxe now goes against the Caste system, going about the cities as a thief.

EXAMPLE POST

Out amongst the large crowds of Cybertronians, a mech checked the large stack of files in his arms. It was for a mech within the Academy, and was to old to get it himself. As he walked, a swift- yet artificial color of grey and blue dashed right past him, and taking the wallet out of his side pouch. The mech didn't get a chance to hollar, because the blur passed the corner before he noticed it was gone. "Hey!" the mech yelled. "Get back here!"

Skating around the corner, Deluxe smirked behind her full face visor, already glad she'd robbed him. However, there wasn't much time to stop, due to the possibility of law enforcers around every corner. Deluxe kept moving at a high speed, not even thinking of stopping. Suddenly, the sound of sirens emitted from a parked car, which it soon gave chance. Deluxe split from the sidewalks, and made her way across the street and into traffic. Deluxe skated right over the hood of a slow moving car, and then taking a sharp turn towards the highways.

By now, a car or two were following behind with all to bright lights, the sirens filling her Deluxe's audicals. However, rather than pulling over, Deluxe picked up her speed and took of down the highway, darting in between some cars to evade any form of crash. Then, up ahead, a construction site was seen, which Deluxe smirked. The little femme activated her HRV and took off towards one of the ramps. The little femme jumped over the road blockades, and swerved past a mech, whom was surprised by the blur moving towards him.

Alas, Deluxe made her way up an under construction ramp, the beam being apart of the building structure. It didn't take her long to jump, and land on the inner rim of another ramp. It didn't take long to jump over the side of the ramp, and land on the operating highway just below. Deluxe accidently damaged the roof of a driving car, breaking the windshield to catch her fall. Then, without hesitation, continued at high speeds down the road.

"And that is how you do it!" Deluxe laughed, taking off as the cops lost track of there target.
